以下详细指南和说明性示例以英语提供。所有示例业务记录均为虚构。
Where HitPay fits
An approved merchant’s payment link, invoice or application payment workflow.
When to choose another approach
Account verification and market availability precede implementation. A link does not automatically update your business system.
Worked example and evidence
Fictional repair business: send an invoice payment link and reconcile its reference. Add API/webhook integration when payment must automatically release a booked job.
What you need to supply
Verified account, country/currency, invoice references, reconciliation owner and automation requirements.
What acceptance should demonstrate
Match a payment to the right invoice and handle cancellation, failure, duplicates and refunds.
Running costs and responsibilities
Assign provider fees, invoice follow-up, reconciliation and integration monitoring.
Technical scope to confirm
Choose a hosted payment workflow or API integration according to the required system behaviour.
A proposal should identify the systems and data, direction of sync, access feasibility, failure handling, named owners and included deliverables. Listing this technology does not imply a prebuilt connector, vendor partnership or included feature.
Is a payment link sufficient or do we need an API?
A link may suffice when staff can reconcile manually. An API is relevant when paid status must reliably update orders, bookings or entitlements without re-entry.
