About the role
You will run the cloud infrastructure behind client business systems: CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cost-aware AWS architecture for workloads that must stay up.
What you will do
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) with automated quality and security gates.
- Provision and operate AWS infrastructure with Terraform — compute, networking, storage, and CDN layers.
- Set up observability: structured logging, alerting, and uptime monitoring backed by SLAs.
- Harden deployments: least-privilege IAM, secrets management, and backup/restore drills.
What we look for
- 4+ years running production infrastructure on AWS.
- Hands-on Terraform (or OpenTofu), Docker, and Kubernetes experience.
- Scripting fluency (Bash and one of TypeScript/Python).
- Bonus: Cloudflare Workers/D1 experience, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 exposure.
