Nagbibigay ang Nodesify Technology ng iisang account sa mga kalahok na produkto gamit ang pinagsasaluhang production Logto identity service. Dinadagdagan ng mga tuntunin ng account ang mga tuntunin sa ibaba na para lamang sa website na ito. Protektahan ang iyong kredensyal, magbigay ng tamang impormasyon at iulat ang di-awtorisadong pag-access. Huwag abusuhin ang produkto o lampasan ang kontrol sa pag-access. Maaari naming limitahan ang isang produkto o suspindihin ang pinagsasaluhang account kung kailangan dahil sa banta sa seguridad o malubhang abuso. Makipag-ugnayan para sa pagsusuri.

This section is provided in English. The shared-account and shared-service provisions apply when you use a participating Nodesify product. The website provisions below govern nodesify.com. Each product’s terms apply alongside these shared provisions when you use that product; creating an account does not subscribe you to every product.

Product-specific terms govern product features, purchases, billing, refunds and product-specific restrictions, and prevail over these shared provisions for those matters. Shared-account terms govern the central identity and cross-product account access. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

You retain ownership of content you provide to a product. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use it, including personal data belonging to others. You grant Nodesify permission to host, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the product you request, subject to the applicable product terms and privacy notice.

The website submission clause below does not grant a perpetual licence over SaaS product content. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, misuse another person’s identity or bypass access controls. Product-specific acceptable-use restrictions also apply.

A Nodesify account does not include a paid subscription or entitlement to every product. Check the applicable product terms and checkout information for prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds before purchasing. Cancelling a subscription, deleting product data and closing the shared account are separate requests.

Product access may be restricted for misuse. Shared account restrictions may affect several products when necessary to address shared security threats or serious abuse. Contact support@nodesify.com to request review or shared account closure. Before closure, review the affected products’ export, retention and cancellation rules.

Read the applicable product terms and privacy notice when you begin using another product. Adding a product to this directory does not itself mean you have accepted that product’s terms. Product-specific terms apply to that product rather than unrelated products you already use.

We will communicate material changes to shared-account terms and request renewed acceptance where required. Privacy acknowledgement is separate from agreement to terms and does not constitute permission for marketing or optional processing.

Ang mga Tuntunin sa Paggamit na ito ("Mga Tuntunin") ang namamahala sa iyong pag-access at paggamit ng Website.

Sa pamamagitan ng pag-access o paggamit sa Website, kinukumpirma mo na nabasa, naunawaan, at sumasang-ayon ka na maging bound ng Mga Tuntuning ito. Kung hindi ka sumasang-ayon, hindi mo dapat gamitin ang Website.

Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer guarantee or other obligation that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Nothing in these website terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. These website terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of every loss or an automatic RM 1,000 cap on every claim.

If misuse causes loss, any responsibility and remedy will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances.
