Nodesify Technology operates ResumeForU. The account section covers shared sign-in. The website sections below cover nodesify.com. ResumeForU has its own product terms, privacy notice and refund policy.

Nodesify Technology provides one account across participating products through a shared production Logto identity service. These account terms supplement the website terms below, which remain limited to this website. Protect your credentials, provide accurate account information, and report unauthorized access. Do not misuse any product or attempt to bypass access controls. We may restrict a product or, when necessary to address shared security threats or serious abuse, suspend the shared account. Contact us to request review.

Product deletion removes that product’s data and access; it does not close your Nodesify account. Request shared account closure at support@nodesify.com. We verify the request and manually coordinate affected products, access removal and applicable retention; closure can affect all products and is not instant universal deletion. Product-specific terms govern purchases, refunds and product features and prevail for those matters. Account terms govern the shared identity. Accept the applicable terms when presented; privacy acknowledgement is not consent to marketing or optional processing. Material changes will be communicated and renewed acceptance requested where required.

This section is provided in English. The shared-account and shared-service provisions apply when you use a participating Nodesify product. The website provisions below govern nodesify.com. Each product’s terms apply alongside these shared provisions when you use that product; creating an account does not subscribe you to every product.

Product-specific terms govern product features, purchases, billing, refunds and product-specific restrictions, and prevail over these shared provisions for those matters. Shared-account terms govern the central identity and cross-product account access. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

You retain ownership of content you provide to a product. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use it, including personal data belonging to others. You grant Nodesify permission to host, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the product you request, subject to the applicable product terms and privacy notice.

The website submission clause below does not grant a perpetual licence over SaaS product content. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, misuse another person’s identity or bypass access controls. Product-specific acceptable-use restrictions also apply.

A Nodesify account does not include a paid subscription or entitlement to every product. Check the applicable product terms and checkout information for prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds before purchasing. Cancelling a subscription, deleting product data and closing the shared account are separate requests.

Product access may be restricted for misuse. Shared account restrictions may affect several products when necessary to address shared security threats or serious abuse. Contact support@nodesify.com to request review or shared account closure. Before closure, review the affected products’ export, retention and cancellation rules.

Read the applicable product terms and privacy notice when you begin using another product. Adding a product to this directory does not itself mean you have accepted that product’s terms. Product-specific terms apply to that product rather than unrelated products you already use.

We will communicate material changes to shared-account terms and request renewed acceptance where required. Privacy acknowledgement is separate from agreement to terms and does not constitute permission for marketing or optional processing.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

We have no control over third-party websites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or availability. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.

Website articles and descriptions provide general information. They do not replace a written proposal or professional advice about your circumstances. We aim to keep them accurate and will address reported errors. A paid service is governed by its agreed contract and any applicable product terms. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer guarantee or other obligation that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law and the relevant service agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. These website terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of every loss or an automatic RM 1,000 cap on every claim.

Use the website lawfully and submit only information and materials you are authorized to provide. If misuse causes loss, any responsibility and remedy will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances. These terms do not impose a blanket duty to indemnify us for every claim arising from ordinary website use.
