Product Discovery & Prototyping
Validate Your Idea Before You Build
Map your workflow and review a clickable prototype before investing in development. Technical feasibility experiments are scoped separately.
Sample scope in English
Choose a prototype or a coded feasibility experiment
A key user journey or technical assumption is unresolved. Agree the decision the work should support before building a full product.
Choose an architecture audit when an existing system needs evidence-backed findings rather than a new concept prototype.Compare the options
What you receive
- Clickable prototype: an agreed screen journey for review, not production software.
- Coded proof of concept: a bounded experiment against an agreed technical question.
- Decision record with observed limits, evidence gaps and next-phase requirements.
What to prepare
- Workflow owner, sample records and review participants.
- The unresolved question, access constraints and what would count as useful evidence.
- A decision-maker for proceeding, changing direction or stopping.
Agreed separately
- Production hardening, full integrations, migration and operating support.
- Screen/workshop/revision quantities, real-user sessions and deliverable file access are agreed.
- A feasibility experiment does not guarantee production reliability or AI accuracy.

Illustrative automation experiment: route an enquiry from an approved sample set, show the proposed classification to a person, and record corrections and exceptions. Compare observed behavior with a stated acceptance rule before authorizing production integration.
Acceptance example. The review can identify what was demonstrated, which inputs were tested, what remains unverified and the decision owner. An infeasible result is a documented decision, not a hidden failure.

Specify deliverable files, design/source access, third-party licences and explanatory notes in the scope. A clickable prototype is not a ready-to-deploy application.
Which discovery scope fits?
Use a clickable prototype to review the user journey. Use a coded experiment to test a technical assumption. Agree paid scope only after the initial conversation.
Choose the Right Kind of Discovery
Choose the smallest useful step to validate your idea. A clickable prototype reviews screens and workflows. A separately scoped, coded proof of concept checks technical feasibility. Neither is production software.
Start with a free Strategy Session. Paid discovery is optional when scope or integrations are uncertain. We agree deliverables and a fixed fee before work begins. You keep the agreed findings if you stop.

What We Deliver
Choose the service that answers your next product decision.
Compare possible approaches, estimated costs, and technical risks before choosing your next step.
Blueprint + Clickable Prototype costs RM 3,500 for a defined scope. We agree workshops, screens, inputs, revision limits, and dates before work. Coded proof-of-concept work and production development are quoted separately.
Find out where automation or AI could reduce manual work. We assess your workflow, data, and integrations, then quote engineering work after confirming feasibility and specialist availability.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Tell us your idea. We'll discuss what it needs, which questions remain, and whether discovery would help.

How We Work With You
Define the questions to answer, review the evidence, and decide what to build.
Share Your Idea
Describe the outcome you need and the workflow behind it. We'll help define the questions to answer.
We Plan & Prototype
Choose a Technical Roadmap & Architecture Audit to review system design or a Blueprint + Clickable Prototype to review workflows and screens. We agree workshops, inputs, revisions, and dates before starting. A coded proof of concept has a separate scope and price.
Review & Validate
Review the agreed screens or feasibility results against the acceptance criteria. Your proposal defines the revision rounds. We estimate additional requirements and get written approval before work.
Decide the Next Step
Use the findings to continue, change direction, or stop. A production build needs its own scope, price, and ownership terms.
What You Can Expect
Local Accountability
Work directly with the technical lead responsible for your discovery scope and findings.
Usable Findings
Keep the agreed deliverables and known limitations, even if you choose not to commission a build.
Costs Agreed First
Confirm the fee and revision limits before work. Check grant eligibility with the program administrator. Our quote does not assume grant funding.
A Separate Build Decision
Discovery does not commit you to production development. Review the evidence before approving another phase.
