The detailed guidance and illustrative examples below are in English. All example business records are fictional.
Make the delivery decision concrete
Nodesify shares characteristics with a small studio: direct technical collaboration and project-specific capacity. A useful comparison checks relevant evidence and named commitments. It does not assume Nodesify has a broader standing team or that another studio lacks engineering depth.
Shortlist evidence scorecard
Use the same scorecard for Nodesify and every other studio. Mark each row “unverified”, “partly evidenced” or “evidenced”, and attach the evidence. A missing critical requirement cannot be compensated by a high total elsewhere.
| Criterion | Evidence to request | Studio A / Studio B notes |
|---|---|---|
| Relevant problem | A demonstration or inspectable work with similar permissions, data and integrations. Distinguish owned products from client engagements. | Record what was shown and what remains unproven. |
| Named people | Who designs, implements, reviews and responds, plus confirmed availability. | Record names, role, start window and dependencies. |
| Continuity | Absence cover, repository access, documentation and transition plan. | Record what happens if the primary person is unavailable. |
| Scope | Deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, buyer inputs and change process. | Mark unresolved items before comparing prices. |
| Acceptance | Observable business outcomes, staging review and accountable sign-off. | Name reviewer and required evidence. |
| Operating ownership | Hosting, vendor accounts, backups, upgrades, support hours and exit handover. | Record recurring obligations and owner. |
Worked fictional shortlist
A fictional membership association needs an editable public site and a modest member portal. Studio A shows relevant content-editor work but has not demonstrated member permissions. Studio B shows a portal workflow but needs a partner for brand design. Both are plausible finalists. Request the missing evidence and compare the named delivery team, then select according to the association’s priority and internal management capacity. These studios are fictional and represent no actual supplier.
Keep claims at their evidence level
A deployed owned product can show an implemented flow. It does not establish client outcomes, capacity for another project or future support availability. Ask for a demonstration tied to your requirement and obtain the specific commitments in the proposal.
What evidence should I request from either studio?
Request relevant working behaviour, the named people and their availability, a sample scope/acceptance record, source and account ownership, continuity arrangements and a practical handover plan. Apply the same standard to Nodesify. Do not treat fictional examples as customer proof.
Next step: bring one defined workflow, your internal review capacity and the missing evidence. Agree a review or delivery scope before choosing a provider.
