Sample scope in English

The free introductory conversation covers your current process, desired improvement and constraints, then identifies a useful next step: a quotation, separately scoped discovery, an audit or another route. It does not include a full architecture design or written audit.

Message example: “Today we copy orders between two spreadsheets. We lose track of approvals. Success means the responsible person can see each request and its status.”

Do not send passwords, API keys or sensitive customer records. Describe access needs first. Agree a safe sharing method later if the scoped work requires evidence.
