These terms govern the ResumeForU website, resume builder, resources and related product features provided by Nodesify Technology. They apply to guest and account use. The linked Refund Policy forms part of the purchase terms. The Privacy Notice explains personal-data handling; agreement to these terms is not consent to marketing or unrelated processing.

The Nodesify Account Terms govern shared sign-in, account security and shared account administration. These product terms govern ResumeForU purchases and features and prevail for those product-specific matters. No document overrides rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Before payment, the product asks you to confirm the resume name, purchase terms and refund conditions. We record the product versions and confirmation time. A request to open checkout does not mean payment has completed. A purchase is fulfilled after payment confirmation. Save the receipt and the terms provided for your purchase.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and content you are authorized to use. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access; responsibility for disputed activity is determined under applicable law and the circumstances, not simply because it occurred through an account.

You can build, preview and pay as a guest. Guest access depends on your browser session. A guest purchase sends a receipt and claim link to the checkout email; the claim link currently expires after seven days. Use it promptly to save access to an account. Expiry of the link does not itself cancel a paid purchase: use the recovery flow or contact support for identity-verified assistance.

Unpaid guest drafts may be removed after 30 days of inactivity through scheduled cleanup. Keep your own copies of important content. Shared Nodesify sign-in does not purchase a resume or unlock other products.

Building and viewing the watermarked preview is free. One USD 9.99 purchase covers one independently saved resume for one person: all core templates, clean watermark-free PDF, Word (DOCX) and TXT exports, and ongoing editing and re-exporting while the service operates. Additional resumes require separate purchases. There is no recurring subscription or per-export fee.

The purchase has no scheduled expiry date. Continued online editing and regeneration depend on the service remaining available and lawful use of the product. This does not give us an unrestricted right to withdraw a paid feature: changes or closure remain subject to the commitments made at purchase and your applicable consumer remedies. Copies you have downloaded can be kept for your own use.

Basic import, career letters and emails, Bio Links and the rule-based resume checker are free. AI or human services, if introduced, are optional and separately priced, with scope and price disclosed before purchase. No add-on is required to keep editing or exporting your purchased resume. We will not silently enroll you in a paid subscription.

The pricing page shows the current price and currency. Checkout shows the final payable total, including any applicable taxes, before confirmation. We do not offer discounts. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or other charges. A later price change does not change the agreed amount of an already completed purchase.

Stripe processes payments. After payment is confirmed, clean PDF, Word and TXT exports are made available through the product, subject to rendering and delivery completing successfully. If payment is taken but access or delivery fails, contact support using the receipt details. Do not make another payment merely to resolve an apparent delivery delay.

Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right remains available unless it has lawfully ended. Immediate delivery, acceptance of these terms or opening a PDF does not by itself establish a valid waiver. Where the law requires a separate request, consent, acknowledgement or confirmation, we must satisfy those requirements before relying on an exception. See the Refund Policy for requests and remedies.

The purchase is for one person’s resume and cannot be transferred to another person by replacing the name. You can correct your first and last name in the editor for 15 minutes after payment confirmation. After that window, the names are locked for self-service editing. Check the spelling before checkout. Other supported resume content and formatting remain editable.

The editor lock does not remove statutory correction rights. After the 15-minute correction window, contact support for a genuine error or lawful name change; we may verify the request and explain the available resolution. The purchase name used for document access reflects an approved correction, including a correction in that window. Separate receipt and transaction records may retain historical information. We will not use the lock to avoid a remedy required by law.

The preview is a reduced-resolution, watermarked representation for checking your layout. Inspect the downloaded file for missing text, page breaks, links and reading order before use. Word, TXT and PDF exports can differ in layout, and third-party software may display them differently. Follow the employer’s format and submission instructions.

ATS-friendly describes readable structure and selectable text, not vendor certification, universal parsing compatibility or a hiring guarantee. Checklist scores and keyword comparisons reflect our own rules. They do not verify qualifications, reproduce an employer’s screening decisions or predict interviews. Review suggestions in context and provide only truthful information.

Guides, example resumes and outreach templates are general information. Fictional names, employers and results are teaching examples, not testimonials or achievements you should claim. Check credentials and requirements with the relevant employer or professional body.

You retain rights in the original content you supply. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, format, render, deliver and support that content as needed to provide requested features, and to display it publicly only when you enable public sharing. Authorized providers may carry out those tasks for us. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use.

You are responsible for having the rights or authority needed for content you upload or publish. Do not include confidential employer information, identifiable patient data or other people’s private information without appropriate authority. Data retained for legal, security or transaction purposes is handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

We and our licensors retain rights in the software, designs, branding and materials supplied by the service. You may use your exported resume for applications and personal professional use. You may download and adapt resources offered for that purpose, using your own truthful details. This permission does not allow resale of our template library, copying the service or claiming our branding as your own. Third-party marks do not imply endorsement.

Publishing a profile makes the displayed information accessible to others. Review all fields and contact visibility settings before publishing. Resume changes can update the profile. Unpublishing stops access through the service but cannot recall copies already saved elsewhere. You may share your own profile link, but must not impersonate another person or publish unlawful or infringing content.

Do not bypass payment or access controls, remove preview protections to obtain a paid export without authorization, misuse someone else’s account, upload malicious material, overload the service or use it to facilitate fraud, harassment or unlawful activity. Ordinary search indexing of public informational pages is not prohibited by this clause; it does not grant access to private accounts or permission to harvest personal profiles.

Maintenance, incidents and provider failures can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but remain responsible for obligations that apply to the service we sold. Keep a downloaded copy for application deadlines.

If we plan to discontinue the service or materially reduce a purchased core feature, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and explain available export options and remedies required by law or the purchase commitment. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require faster action. We will not charge again merely to restore the included PDF, Word and TXT export entitlement for the same purchased resume.

We may restrict access proportionately to address suspected fraud, serious misuse, security threats or legal requirements. We will explain the reason and a way to seek review when lawful and safe. Restrictions do not automatically eliminate refund, correction or other statutory rights. Shared account restrictions are handled under the Nodesify Account Terms.

You can delete your ResumeForU profile from the Account page or contact support if you cannot access it. Deletion removes product access and content as described in the Privacy Notice; necessary transaction records may remain. Download needed files first. Deletion does not automatically cancel a completed purchase or submit a refund request.

Your shared Nodesify account and other product data are separate. Contact the Nodesify account team for coordinated company-wide closure. Shared sign-in does not automatically reopen a deleted ResumeForU profile; contact support about subsequent use.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies, liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes applicable rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 and any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

We do not promise a job, interview or particular application outcome. Your responsibility to review output does not excuse a defect in the service or remove a remedy required by law. Responsibility for loss will be determined under applicable law, including the circumstances and any duty to take reasonable steps to limit loss. These terms do not impose a blanket customer indemnity or a purchase-price cap on every claim.

Contact support with a description of the issue and relevant purchase information so we can investigate. You do not have to complete an internal complaint process before exercising a right to contact a regulator, payment provider, tribunal or court where the law allows it.

Malaysian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. This choice does not deprive a consumer of protections or a right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides them. There is no compulsory arbitration requirement in these product terms.

Our first reply is within two business days, Malaysia time (Asia/Kuala_Lumpur, UTC+8). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable Malaysian public holidays. This is a first-response commitment, not a resolution deadline. Support covers payment, downloads, access recovery and genuine name corrections; free writing or a full resume review is not included.

We identify revisions by date and version and provide additional notice or obtain renewed agreement where required for material changes. New wording does not retrospectively remove an express commitment made for an existing purchase. A move to Nodesify’s product legal pages will preserve the applicable product scope and version history; relocation alone is not agreement to different terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies only to the extent lawful. Use the contact details below for product questions or disputes. Keep your receipt and identify the affected resume or purchase; do not send passwords or full card details.

Save up to 20 named job versions within the same resume at no additional charge. Named versions are never automatically deleted; at capacity, delete a version or explicitly choose one to replace. Up to 20 latest automatic recovery points are kept separately; the oldest automatic points are removed when that limit is reached.

Copying creates a separate unpaid draft with the content and formatting. Purchases, version history and public links are not copied. Clean exports for the copy require a separate purchase. Use job versions within your purchased resume to tailor it for another role without another purchase.

Reset clears content other than first and last name and resets templates and formatting. The resume ID, purchase and named versions remain. A recovery point is saved before reset. Public profile publishing and public PDF sharing are turned off, while the claimed username stays reserved. Reset does not transfer the purchase to another person.
